Kinross Township Hall is seeking community members interested in maintaining a raised bed garden this summer. Garden sites will include a raised bed, soil and compost, and water access.

February 16th Board Meeting

16 February 2021

A regular meeting of the Kinross Charter Township Board will be held on at the Township Hall. This meeting will also be for the public hearing for the 2021 budget.

The public may participate by calling: (978) 990-5468 and entering the access code 705124# when prompted.

Comments must be limited to three minutes during the comment portion of the meeting, following a request for recognition. Prior to the meeting, questions and input may be given by emailing kclerk@kinross.net.

Drive-Thru Mobile Pantry

08 February 2021

Feeding America and the United Way will be at the Kinross Township Recreation Center on February 10th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, distributing food for those in need. Volunteers will be placing food items directly into vehicles, so you will not need to exit your vehicle. Be careful not to block driveways if a line forms. Please be sure to make room in your vehicle before you arrive.

Notice of Budget Public Hearing and Truth in Taxation

The Kinross Charter Township Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed township budget for fiscal year 2021-2022 at the Township Hall, 4884 W. Curtis St., on . This meeting will be held remotely in accordance with current Michigan social distancing and safety guidelines. To participate, call 1-978-990-5468 and enter the code: 705124. Participation is free of charge.

The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.
